The number one answer to the question in the subject line is follow up. It is an established fact that very few people will buy anything on the first go round, unless they know the seller already.
It has been said and is true that it takes up to seven times of seeing something before a buyer will decide to buy. Some people have quicker triggers, of course, but for most people it will take several times and some research.
The number two answer is that your email list contains people who have come to know you through your content and have decided to stay on your list. Those people are your buyers, and that is what constitutes a business, is having buyers.
You first have to provide value to them on a regular basis.
You can join programs, blast your affiliate links everywhere and maybe get a few lucky sales. But if you have an established list of subscribers who you have regularly emailed with content that serves them, not always selling, then you are much more likely to succeed in promoting anything your promote.
You don’t have to have a huge email list to make good money, that has also been proven. You have to learn writing skills and communication skills, and probably some video skills. Gaining those skills is worth it in the long run.
Ebooks can be a way to provide value to your readers, either given away free or sold at a low price point. If you would like some free training on writing ebooks, click here and you will get some excellent training from Keysha Bass.
If you would rather use video to provide value to your readers, or if you would like access to about 20 other free training topics, contact me and I will send you the links.
