Financial education is not taught in our schools. Learning to think outside the box is not really taught in our schools.
What we are taught is to develop a skill that only we have and only leverage our skill in the marketplace. That skill will make us a living, but there is so much more skill that can actually be developed that will produce more leverage.
I’m talking about teaching kids about building an email list, providing valuable information to people, and learning to put their readers first.
Help kids learn how to produce solid, productive content that will serve others and that they can eventually learn to monetize that content.
Teach them early about the fact that they can either leverage other people’s efforts or build a system that they can leverage so that a residual income is being produced whether they work or not.
Could this produce a lazy generation? Not really. They won’t succeed if they don’t really develop personally, anyway. The skills they learn and the productive people they become early in life will pay dividends to them and to all those they come in contact with.
It will actually make our country and the world a better place if kids learn to be more creative sooner, learn to communicate well with others sooner, and learn to lead others sooner.
I would like to see courses be implemented as early as high school that teach leverage, teach network marketing and affiliate marketing and the differences in the two. Kids need to begin the groundwork early for those concepts.
